1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and is being prepared for shipping.
During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates
Peninsular Malaysia
- Standard Delivery: RM8 (Free for orders over RM150)
- Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days
Sabah & Sarawak
- Standard Delivery: RM15
- Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to be updated.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier service disruptions
- High order volumes (festive seasons or sales)
Scentelier Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for courier delays, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect shipping information
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed at courier office
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
