Return Eligibility
ODue to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used due to hygiene and safety standards.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you will be issued a full refund via your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Delayed courier delivery (not under our control)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Allergic reactions or scent preference issues
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrectly sent items. If you need a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Reason for return
- Photo(s) of the item(s) received
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent).
